Privacy policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

The short version: this website doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers. If you join our newsletter, your email address is stored with Zoho Campaigns so we can send you updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell your information.

Who we are

Avery's VPN is a product of Avery and Ember's Technologies, LLC, a company based in Oklahoma, USA ("we," "us"). Questions about this policy can go to support@averyandemberstechnologies.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the averysvpn.com website and the Avery's VPN newsletter. The Avery's VPN service itself is still in development. Before it launches, we'll publish a separate privacy policy explaining exactly how the VPN handles your data, and update this page.

The newsletter (Zoho Campaigns)

Our newsletter signup form and emails are run by Zoho Campaigns, an email marketing service from Zoho Corporation. When you sign up:

Zoho processes this information on our behalf and doesn't use it for its own marketing. The signup form is loaded from Zoho's servers, so Zoho also receives standard technical information, such as your IP address, when the form appears on the page. You can read Zoho's own privacy policy at zoho.com/privacy.html.

Other information

Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and your message, and use them only to reply. Our email is provided by Zoho Mail.

Hosting and security (Cloudflare). This website is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.

Fonts (Google Fonts). This site loads its fonts from Google. When your browser downloads them, Google receives your IP address and browser information.

What we don't do

How long we keep it

We keep your newsletter subscription for as long as you're subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we keep only a record that you opted out, so we don't accidentally email you again. You can ask us to delete that record too.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR (European Union and UK) or the CCPA (California) may give you additional rights. Email us to use any of them.

Children

This website and newsletter are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we collect or use information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll also let newsletter subscribers know by email.
